FRONT ROOM, Start Time: 5:00pm
- We start with the furniture at the auctioneer's stand.
- Then proceed along the outside wall with assorted furnishings and country antiques and primitives.
- We will then proceed across the top of the room, selling the furniture and fine art on the stage,
followed by the carpets.
- Then we will move down the inside wall with other antique and quality reproduction furniture,
sets of furniture, etc.
- Cars, if applicable, will be sold at aprox. 8pm
- We will then proceed across the bottom of the room with the upholstered furniture, then move into the corner under the exhaust fan and sell the remaining tools and miscellaneous household items.
BACK ROOM, Start Time: 5:00pm
- We will start with the tables across the back of the room (by the overhead door),
- We will then move into the showcases, in this order:
- front showcases closest to back, moving from center towards back wall
- front showcases closest to office, moving from center towards office
- back showcases closest to office, moving towards back wall
- 2nd set of back showcases
- We will then move to the tables in between the showcases, moving from the back towards the office
- We will then sell the remaining tables on that side
- Finally, we will move to the 2nd row of tables, starting nearest the office/snack stand,
ending at the overhead door.
