SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS

If you are the winning bidder on an item, you are responsible for it the moment it is knocked down to you. In most cases, we will hand you the item on the floor.

For large pieces such as furniture, you may remove the item as soon as the auction has moved on and you are able to get to it.

The highest bidder is considered the buyer of the item. If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer shall decide the buyer, or will immediately put the item up for sale again.

The auctioneer has the final say, and the record of sale kept between the auctioneer and the clerk is considered absolute and final in all disputes.
