Monday-Friday: Merchandise pickup is by appointment only. Click HERE to book your pickup time.
Saturdays: from 9AM-3PM with no appointment needed.
Buyers are responsible for packing smaller items; please ensure that you have your own packing materials and equipment needed to collect your items. Please call ahead if you will require help with moving/loading furniture.
Bidders who pick up their purchased items in person are responsible for examining all items at the time of pickup and assuring themselves as to condition before removing any item from Briggs Auction, Inc. No item may be returned for condition issues once it has been removed from Briggs Auction, and no refund or merchandise credit will be offered for any item’s condition after it has been picked up and removed by the bidder.
A $20 per invoice fee will be assessed for all missed merchandise pickup appointments with no call or email.
All merchandise must be picked up or have pickup/shipping arrangements made within 45 days from the auction date, after which items will be considered abandoned.

Briggs Auction does offer in-house shipping for smaller items. But you are also free to use any shipper of your choosing.
If you do go with a third-party shipper, please contact them directly to arrange, then ask that shipper to contact Briggs Auction to coordinate the pickup.
Payment in full of your Briggs Auction invoice is required before any item will be released to any shipper. You will pay your shipper directly for all packing, handling, and shipping costs.
Once you have a shipper set, please use our Shipping Release Form to let us know who you’re working with. Or you can email your shipper’s name and details to megan@briggsauction.com.
Important Note: Please be sure to give your shipper the full name (first and last) of the bidder as it appears on the invoice, the auction date, and the lot number(s) of the item(s) to be shipped.
